SK4D-1250 Four-Seat Drilling and Boring Machine

The SK series multi-functional CNC drilling and boring machine is an automated machine tool with powerful drilling and boring functions. It adopts a four-station configuration, greatly improving efficiency.

The control system adopts SIEMENS CNC systems are stable and reliable, and their operation and programming are universal and convenient.

Both the two- axis motor and the drilling and boring spindle motor are SIEMENS servo motors , which have good motor characteristics and long service life.

The moving parts adopt high-precision ground lead screws and heavy-duty ball linear guides to achieve precise positioning of the machine tool.

The machine's cooling system adopts a remote control device, which can adjust different flow rates and pressures according to the size of the drill hole, the material, the chip output, and the precision requirements, thereby achieving the optimal supply of coolant.

Machine tool accuracy testing: A laser interferometer manufactured by Renishaw in the UK is used for dynamic inspection, and dynamic compensation is performed based on the inspection results to ensure the overall positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
