Professional deep hole processing capabilities.It can achieve deep hole processing with an aspect ratio of 30 to 200 times, ensuring hole diameter consistency and surface finish.

Three-axis CNC system.The X, Y, and Z axes are fully CNC-controlled, supporting automatic positioning and drilling of multiple holes, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.

Efficient chip removal system.The internal cooling high-pressure oil supply and external chip removal device ensure smooth cooling and chip removal during deep hole machining to avoid tool damage.

Powerful spindle.The spindle has high rigidity and large torque, and can perform stable cutting according to different workpiece materials (steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum alloy, etc.).

Various fixtures and automation expansion.It can be equipped with a rotary table, automatic tool changer (ATC) and workpiece clamping device to achieve multi-station and multi-workpiece continuous processing.
