The Six-axis deep-hole drilling and milling machine is a high-end CNC machine that integrates deep-hole drilling, milling, boring, and tapping. Through the coordinated control of the three linear axes (X, Y, and Z) and the three rotary axes (A, B, and W) , it enables multi-angle deep-hole machining and compound milling of complex workpieces, significantly improving machining efficiency and precision. 4+1 linkage composite processing.Supporting multi-axis linkage control, it can complete multi-hole position, multi-angle deep hole drilling and complex surface milling and boring in one clamping, reducing process conversion and improving precision.

Efficient deep hole drilling capability.Equipped with a high-pressure internal cooling system and a professional chip removal device, it ensures stable and reliable deep hole processing with an aspect ratio of 30-200 times, good hole diameter consistency and low surface roughness.

Drilling and milling compound function.On the basis of deep hole drilling, it has powerful milling and boring capabilities, and can realize the composite processing of step holes, cross holes, tapered holes and complex cavities.

High rigidity structural design.The entire bed adopts high-strength casting or frame welding structure, equipped with wide guide rails and powerful clamps to ensure stability during heavy cutting and long-term processing.

Intelligence and automation.Optional automatic tool changing system (ATC), workpiece pallet changing system (APC), and online measurement system can realize flexible processing from small batch to mass production of multiple varieties.

High precision control system.Equipped with internationally advanced CNC systems (such as FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.), combined with high-precision linear scales and rotary encoders to ensure dynamic and static accuracy.
