Recently, Climboo’s after-sales team paid a return visit to a long-time customer.
Walking into the workshop, several pieces of Climboo equipment were neatly arranged and running steadily. Only after asking did we learn that these machines had been purchased by the customer seven or eight years ago. What surprised us even more was that the equipment looked clean, the guide rails were free of rust, the protective covers were intact, and even the operation panels showed little wear—they looked almost no different from new machines.
The customer said with a smile, “Your equipment is of good quality, and we also maintain it according to procedures. We change the oil when it’s time, clean it when it’s time, and up to now there have been no major problems.”
That sentence is the greatest affirmation for Climboo. The value of a machine lies not only in the moment of delivery, but also in the fact that it still runs steadily and is still recognized by the customer years later. Seven or eight years—more than two thousand days and nights—the equipment has withstood the dual test of time and production in the customer’s workshop, and the customer’s careful maintenance has allowed this quality to continue.
We often say that making equipment is a matter of conscience. Climboo may not be the loudest voice in the industry, but we hope that every machine leaving our factory can withstand the scrutiny of time. No matter whether the market is cold or warm, solid quality and excellent service are the best response to our customers.
Thank you to every old friend who uses and maintains Climboo equipment with care. Those “brand-new” old machines in your workshops are our best advertisement.
